Yasir Haider Jalil Jaber Al-Mawlah

Name: Yasser Haider Al-Mawla Generation: Hillah / Babylon 1988 Affiliation: University of Babylon / DNA Research Center Position: Head of Forensic Department Currently an Assistant Professor and Head of the Forensic Department at the DNA Research Center, University of Babylon, Iraq. I began my undergraduate studies (Bachelor’s) in general biology at the University of Babylon in the year (2010), then I obtained a master’s degree in biotechnology from the University of Babylon in the year (2013), and after one year, I began working in an Iraqi biotechnology company specialized in selling, maintaining and marketing Laboratory tools and equipment from 2013 to 2017. I started my government work in 2015 as a teacher at the University of Babylon until this moment and obtained a doctorate degree in 2021 in the field of forensic evidence / genetic engineering with an honors degree as a unique thesis. I obtained the scientific title (assistant professor) on 08/10/2022 assumed the position of Head of the Forensic Evidence Department at the DNA Research Center on 10/17/2023. I have more than 30 published research articles since 2017 including 15 articles cited by Scopus, in addition to 10 articles cited by WOS. As a reviewer I reviewed more than 50 manuscripts to Elsevier journals, also more than 100 manuscripts to different journals covered by Web of Science (Clarivate) journals, 90 manuscripts in our local journal (Journal of Babylon for applied science), associated editor for Indiana Journal of Multidisciplinary Research, Editorial board member in International Journal of Genetics and Genomics, Permanent editorial Reviewer board in GENE family journals which indexed and cited by Elsevier (Scopus) also web of science (Clarivate).
